On July 17th, MICA's Director General Mrs. Pham Thi Ngoc Yen signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the International Research Institute MICA and the National Institute of Information and Communication Technology (NICT) for Cooperation in the field of Information Technology.

The signing of this agreement is framed by MICA' strategy for cooperation with new strategic partners in Japon and Asia. This is the first cooperative tool between the institute MICA and a public institute in Japon.
